RIGHT OF RETURN AND CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THIS RIGHT CANNOT BE EXERCISED
1- The BUYER cannot exercise the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN for the product(s) purchased from the store and/or point of sale, after seeing, liking, and learning about their features, and confirming this agreement form.
2- Products that have been modified, altered, or customized according to the BUYER's requests prior to order/sale are considered SPECIAL/CUSTOMIZED products and cannot be canceled or returned. If the BUYER insists on returning the product(s), the SELLER may cancel the order by collecting a penalty of 30% of the product's sale price, if deemed necessary.
3- If the BUYER has purchased, with their own consent, products with obvious defects such as outlet products, defective products, or faulty products, and has received delivery and installation services, they cannot exercise their right to return these products. They cannot take any action regarding defective goods related to these products. The BUYER approves the contract knowing and seeing that the product(s) have a label indicating the defect or fault during the sales process.
4-Products with defects and/or flaws that the BUYER knowingly purchased are outside the scope of the warranty. The SELLER may provide after-sales service for such products for a fee.
5- There may be a 5% color tone difference in the fabrics of soft group products such as armchairs, sofas, sofa beds, recliners, beds, quilts, cushions, poufs, upholstered headboards, etc., purchased by the BUYER from the SELLER's store or sales points, which is NOT CAUSED BY THE SELLER. The BUYER accepts this possible difference in the product(s) purchased/ordered in advance and cannot request a return for this reason.
